Our burglar and fire alarm systems are covered by a three year parts and labor warranty, which is rare in this industry. All of our video surveillance camera systems are covered by a five year parts and labor warranty. We offer optional but highly recommended annual maintenance and testing services to ensure the integrity of all of our customers’ systems. We send out notices on or near the anniversary date of the installation reminding our customers that their system is due for their service appointment. Much like tuning up your car, the maintenance service keeps your system performing as it did when it was new.
Our alarm monitoring station performs the task of notifying the authorities in the event of an alarm. With over fifty highly trained employees, you can be certain there will always be an adequate number of courteous personnel on duty to handle any situation. Tyrell Security Systems does not require you to sign any length of term monitoring contract. We’re extremely confident that you’ll never want to switch to another company or cancel your monitoring service because of lack of prompt performance. Radio signal monitoring can be added to any monitored alarm system as a back-up means of reporting alarm signals in the event of telephone line failure or sabotage. All of our alarm systems include standby batteries to power the entire system in case of electrical outages.
